2. General Information

We take the protection of your personal data seriously. Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws, in particular the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

3. Contact Form

When you use our contact form, we may process your name, email address, company, telephone number and the content of your message.

This information is processed to respond to your inquiry, communicate with you and, where applicable, take pre-contractual steps at your request.

Information submitted through the contact form is transmitted to ProMount s. r. o. and used to process your inquiry. An automatic confirmation may be sent to the email address you provide.

4. AI Room Designer

Our website provides an AI Room Designer. Users can upload a photo of a room in order to create an AI-based interior visualization.

The uploaded image is stored on our server and used for the technical processing of the AI Room Designer. The image is transmitted to the external AI service provider OpenAI for analysis and generation of a design proposal.

Information such as room type, preferred style, colors, budget and other design information may also be processed to create the requested design proposal.

5. OpenAI

We use services provided by OpenAI for the analysis and generation of design proposals. Images uploaded by users and information required for the generation process may be transmitted to OpenAI.

6. Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics on the AI Room Designer page to analyze the use of our website. Google Analytics may collect information about website usage and may use cookies or similar technologies for this purpose.

Non-essential analytics technologies are used on the basis of user consent where such consent is legally required.

7. Technically Necessary Cookies

Our website uses technically necessary cookies required for the operation of the website. These include, among others, cookies used for language selection and protection of forms against misuse.

8. External Services and Content

Certain pages may load external resources, such as Google Fonts and Bootstrap resources through a Content Delivery Network (CDN). When such resources are loaded, the visitor's IP address may be transmitted to the respective provider.

9. Data Retention

Personal data is stored only for as long as necessary for the respective purpose or as required by statutory retention obligations.

There is currently no automated deletion routine for uploaded images and generated AI files. This technical function will be developed separately.

Subject to the applicable legal requirements, you have the right to access, rectify and delete your personal data, restrict processing, request data portability and object to processing.

Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future.
